SumAI is a product of SUM AI LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17488020. Registered office: 29 Morrison Street, London, England, SW11 5LR.

1. Scope and agreement

These terms describe use of SUM AI LTD's company website at sumaigroup.ai and the SumAI application at sumllm.ai, including source-connected AI answers and the Brain. References to SumAI in these terms mean SUM AI LTD as the service provider. Contact ajeyanth.ananthajeyasri@sumaigroup.ai for service or legal notices. A published page does not retrospectively change an existing customer agreement: an accepted order or service agreement governs the services, charges and specific commitments, and an applicable data-processing agreement governs customer-content processing.

If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to use the service and connect its content. Keep account details accurate and credentials secure, follow your organisation's permissions, and report suspected misuse.

2. Your content and SumAI

You and your licensors retain ownership of your documents, messages and other supplied content. You authorise only the copying, storage, processing and transmission necessary to provide the agreed features and meet applicable legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy, content-owner rights and Google data-use restrictions. You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis for your instructions and chosen workspace audience.

SumAI retains its rights in its software and pre-existing materials. As between you and SumAI, any transferable rights SumAI has in output generated specifically for you are assigned to you, subject to third-party rights and provider terms. AI output may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

3. Responsible use and AI limitations

Do not use SumAI to access or disclose information without authority, infringe rights, evade security controls, introduce malware, disrupt services or carry out unlawful surveillance, discrimination or deception. Do not use Google-derived data for advertising, brokerage, creditworthiness or general-purpose model training. Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless its processing is lawfully authorised and appropriate safeguards apply.

AI answers and citations can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Check supporting sources and suitability before acting. The service does not replace professional judgement or qualified advice and must not be the sole basis for decisions affecting someone's legal rights or safety. This does not remove SumAI's responsibilities under applicable law.

4. Connected services, confidentiality and privacy

Drive and Gmail use read-only, account-wide Google permissions; SumAI's selection controls determine ingestion. Only connect content you may share with the selected workspace and disclosed processors. Google's source permissions are not automatically reproduced for each workspace member. External service availability, models and permissions can change.

Use confidential information only for the agreed service and disclose it only to authorised recipients or where lawfully required. Google's more specific Limited Use and human-access restrictions continue to apply. Where SumAI processes personal data for a business customer, the applicable data-processing agreement and documented instructions govern that processing. These terms do not replace a required processing agreement.

5. Charges, availability and ending use

Charges, renewals, cancellation, service levels and support commitments are those expressly agreed with you. Visiting the website or making an enquiry does not create a paid subscription. No particular uptime or support-response guarantee is given by this page.

Either party may end service under the applicable agreement and mandatory law. SumAI may proportionately suspend access to address unlawful use, a material breach or a security risk, with explanation and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable. Agreed changes must respect accrued rights and required notice.

Ending use or disconnecting Google does not automatically erase stored sources, derived knowledge or conversations. Request data return or deletion using the privacy contact. The Privacy Policy explains the current operator-assisted process, retention and backup limitations; this page does not promise immediate or automatic complete erasure.

6. Responsibility and changes

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. Any business liability cap or allocation of losses must be expressly agreed and legally enforceable.

Applicable law and an accepted service agreement govern disputes. Contact SumAI first where appropriate, without limiting rights to complain to a regulator or seek urgent relief. Material changes will be explained and require agreement where the law or existing contract requires it; publication alone is not acceptance of new terms. Ownership, confidentiality and accrued obligations survive termination where appropriate.
